Sri Lanka Compromise with China on its Research Vessel Attracts Ships from Japan & Korea

With the controversial visit of a Chinese research vessel coming here on a compromise reached by Beijing and Colombo, Sri Lanka also hosted two more vessels, one from Japan and the other from South Korea, to emphasise its non-aligned policy in Indian Ocean issues.
